Do you ship worldwide? - YES 

Where do you ship from? - Hong Kong 

Can I change or cancel my order? - To ensure timely processing, please submit any change/cancellation requests within 12 hours of ordering. Unfortunately, requests made after this time cannot be accommodated. You can return your order for a full refund upon receipt.

What payment methods do you accept? - We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

When will my order be processed? - Your order will be processed from our warehouse. Kindly allow extra time during holidays and sale seasons. Processing occurs Monday to Friday. Orders are handled in 1-3 business days, then shipped the following business day. Please be mindful that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order? - Due to high demand, orders may take between 2-4 weeks 

What if I don't receive my order? - If you don't receive your order within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes? - The prices shown are tax-free in US Dollars, so you may need to pay duties and taxes upon receiving your order. Import taxes, duties, and customs fees could apply when your order reaches its destination. Contact your local customs office for more information.

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged? - If you've received incorrect, missing, or defective merchandise, please contact us. Provide your order number, photos of the item(s), and any relevant references when you receive your package. We're here to help resolve your issue promptly.

When will I receive my refund? - Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. If you used a credit or debit card, expect the refund within 7-10 business days after returning the item. Contact the card-issuing bank for updates on when the credit will appear. If it's delayed, reach out to the bank/card company for assistance.
